Alhamdulillah..12km target dpat ku buat today :) and terpaksa ku jrg2 jogging ni pasal aku takut kana injury..hehe..takut ku mendgar cerita c Alai (bf Liyana.A) hehehe..ok jua wah..dpat ku berehat n recover dari ngalih.

Owh yeah..Top Gear season 13 ada udah :) :)
